With many people working from home, wearing trackies to work has become the norm!

So, this year, Tracky Dack Day on Friday May 29 couldn't be any more perfectly timed.

Tracky Dack Day is not just about comfort - it's about showing you care. Sick kids in hospital are encouraged to get into tracksuit pants and out of their PJ's to transform their mood, something many people may be able to relate to right about now...

On Friday May 29 (or at any time, really!), Tracky Dack Day invites you to wear your trackies in solidarity with these kids, and make a small donation to TLC for Kids to show you care!

'Dack Up' on your Zoom or Houseparty call, to the supermarket, around the block, or to your family movie night, and take a snap! Make sure to tag @trackydackday and #trackydackday so we can see it and compile all your pics. Plus, make a small donation to TLC for Kids, Australia's most inclusive and responsive children's charity, who are continuing to support sick and disabled children and their families through this global crisis.
